The Macomb County Friend of the Court
Each Macomb County Family Court Judge has a Friend of the Court Refree and support staff to help resolve disputes and perfom administrative functions. The Macomb County Friend of the Court (“FOC”) can make Recommended Resolutions (orders) to parties and to the jhe Judge who has the final say. The FOC provides services to parties with minor children involving divorce, child support, spousal support, interstate and paternity cases and is located at 10 N. Main St. Mount Clemens, MI 48043 next to the courthouse. You cannot choose your judge. However, you can choose your lawyer.
